Márcia is founding Chief Sustainability Officer at RELX Group, a global provider of information-based analytics, decision tools and events with 36,500+ people and operations in 40 countries.  Working with colleagues throughout the business, she works to ensure RELX’s extra-financial performance furthers competitive advantage and stakeholder confidence. 

Chris Gray is Vice President Sustainability at UnitedHealth Group. Chris reports into the Chief Sustainability Officer and is responsible for designing UHG’s strategies for a sustainable and modern health system as we partner across the enterprise to help drive those strategies and report on the impact and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. 

Oliver Williams is a member of the faculty of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and is the director of the Center for Ethics and Religious Values in Business.

Catarina Mård Löwenadler serves as Interim Managing Director of the Foundation for the Global Compact. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to organisations where leadership creates measurable impact on people and planet — and that purpose has guided every major role she has held.

At IKEA Group, one of the world's largest retail organisations with operations across 50+ countries, Catarina held Vice President and Deputy CEO-level responsibility spanning finance, risk, public affairs, compliance, and digital transformation. She led major governance redesigns across global value chains and served as public affairs spokesperson across more than 30 markets. At Ottobock — a global leader in prosthetics and human mobility — she served as Senior Executive Vice President for Global Business Development, driving patient-centric transformation and healthcare ecosystem engagement across multi-market environments. As CEO of Dignitana AB, a Nasdaq-listed MedTech company, she led the organisation's international strategic transformation and stakeholder engagement with healthcare authorities and regulators.

Catarina is also a Partner at Enspiro Executive Forum, facilitating strategic dialogue among international CEOs and business owners on governance, transformation, and long-term value creation.

She brings over 30 years of senior executive and board experience across healthcare, retail, and international value chains, and has served on more than 15 boards across the EU, US, and Asia. She holds an Executive MBA, a BSc in Orthopaedic Engineering, a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and has studied exponential technologies at Singularity University.

Catarina is based in Sweden and works from the Foundation's New York headquarters.
